Caprese Salad with Tre Stelle® Bocconcini
The epitome of Italian gastronomy is the Caprese Salad. The key is to use only the freshest ingredients and your best olive oil. Don’t forget the crusty bread to soak up all it’s goodness!

Ingredients:
2 large ripe tomatoes, cut into ¼” thick slices 1 tub | 200g Tre Stelle® Bocconcini Medallions, drained ¼ cup | 60 mL fresh basil leaves 3 tbsp | 45 mL olive oil sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
On a medium platter, alternate and overlap the tomato slices with the Tre Stelle® Bocconcini Medallions. Randomly arrange basil leaves on top; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. (Alternatively, tuck large basil leaves between layers of tomato and Bocconcini)
